Welcome to EazyTool. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EazyTool website, platform, tools, features, services, and any content generated through the platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using EazyTool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

Users acknowledge and understand that content generated through EazyTool may imitate or demonstrate the appearance and functionality of digital interfaces for testing, educational, creative, or presentation purposes.

Users must not represent simulated or generated content as authentic evidence of a real transaction or event when no such transaction or event occurred.

You agree to use EazyTool responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not use EazyTool to:

• Defraud, deceive, impersonate, or intentionally mislead another person or organization.
• Falsely represent that a payment, transfer, deposit, withdrawal, investment, purchase, or other financial transaction has occurred.
• Produce fraudulent financial documents or other deceptive materials intended to cause financial or personal harm.
• Circumvent financial institutions, payment processors, identity-verification systems, security measures, or regulatory requirements.
• Engage in phishing, scams, identity theft, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, or other unlawful activities.
• Violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or applicable laws and regulations.
• Use generated content as false proof or verification of an event or transaction that did not actually occur.

EazyTool reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence that the platform is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, modify, export, publish, distribute, or otherwise use through EazyTool.

EazyTool provides technological tools and does not control how users ultimately distribute or represent generated content outside the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of EazyTool and any resulting content complies with the laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and other legal obligations applicable in your jurisdiction.

EazyTool is not a financial institution.

Nothing displayed or generated through EazyTool constitutes financial advice, investment advice, banking services, payment confirmation, proof of funds, proof of ownership, financial certification, or verification of an actual transaction.

Any names, amounts, balances, transaction statuses, account details, investment figures, wallet information, or similar information appearing within simulated content should be treated solely as demonstration or user-provided information unless independently verified through the appropriate real-world service.

EazyTool does not guarantee that generated content will be accepted, recognized, or verified by any bank, financial institution, payment processor, government authority, business, organization, website, or third party.

Generated materials should not be relied upon as official documentation unless the underlying information has been independently verified through an authorized source.

Unless otherwise stated, the EazyTool platform, including its original software, interface, branding, graphics, designs, text, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to EazyTool and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users retain responsibility for ensuring that any images, logos, trademarks, names, or other third-party materials they upload or use through the platform are used with appropriate authorization or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

EazyTool may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features at any time.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliable access, EazyTool does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure failures, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EazyTool and its operators will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized, unlawful, deceptive, or improper use of the platform by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

EazyTool reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a user violates these Terms, abuses the platform, creates security risks, interferes with the operation of the service, or uses the service for suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity.
